Rangers won a season high 7th in a row

Is it any coincidence that shortly after Wash resigned the Rangers go on a season high 7 game winning steak versus teams with something to play for?

Is it as easy as the following equation?

No Wash = No Drama = Winning

jeffreyevanfischer, September 20, 2014 at 8:25 PM: Not sure if I can agree w this formula. Just playing loose maybe. It has been amazing however. Kinda like Oakland winning 25 % of their games over last six weeks. Maybe odor is better than I thought.
